Your project needs to be ‘submission ready’ in all respects, with a full data room.\u00a0 Further information is in the Winfrey Capital Intake Form below.\u00a0 When listed, no project or investor identifying information is available to the public domain. Please download and complete the Intake Form below and return to the e-mail address shown on the form.<\/p>

PLEASE NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>On construction projects investors require proof that all relevant environmental, construction, land use, access and other permits and permissions are secured.\u00a0 Investors are lending against revenues from your yet-to-be-built project and need to see that you have\u00a0every<\/em>\u00a0contingency covered.<\/p>

AVOID FRAUD:<\/strong> The market is infested with advance fee fraudsters who present themselves as highly credible investors.\u00a0 Winfrey Capital has encountered all of them, and they have all contributed in their own way to our uniquely stringent and proprietary investor due diligence.\u00a0 All Winfrey Capital registered investors are genuine.\u00a0 None will charge any fee to produce their Terms Sheet, after extensive discussion with you, and which will include their closing costs.\u00a0 These costs are standard practice with any substantial commercial finance transaction.\u00a0 Expect to cover, or at least contribute to your investor’s legal, tax advice, survey (where required), underwriting and other fees charged by their counterparties, which will be set out in their Terms Sheet.\u00a0 It is an unsustainable risk for them to cover these fees for all their transactions.<\/p>
