The company currently seeks funding in the sum of Five Million United States Dollars (US$5,000,000.00) to augment own working capital for purchase of Raw Materials in operating SVIL on acquisition and commencement of operations. The loan is to be repaid over 5 years with a one-year moratorium. Liquidity: Net cash flow is positive from Year 1 and throughout the entire project forecast period of 5 years. This is a clear indication that the business is liquid, sustainable and can pay own liabilities as at when due.
