GEEI is a green technology integration companies which have pioneered the development of Waste-to-Energy processes that convert municipal solid waste into high-value end-products like renewable ultra-low-sulfur-diesel, blend stock oil, biochar\/graphene, carbon black and recovered metals using pyrolysis, a proven sustainable process. GEEI will build and operate two $800,000,000 strategically located WTE refineries at the Industrial Port of Venice, Italy, for a total funding request of $1.1B.,to mitigate MSW, plastic and waste tire disposal currently taken to the regional landfill(s). The Venice GEEI bio refinery will produce renewable electricity which can be used to electrify the marine terminal at the Port of Venice, power or renewable diesel fuel for industrial\/commercial clients or sold to the area power grid, under a long-term fixed-price power purchase agreement (PPA) GEEI has established a world-renowned Technology consortium with proven off the shelf products to insure success. The company has built and proven the efficacy of the system with documented results. The partners described in this business plan are well connected and intrenched in the political and infrastructure of IT. The GEEI has been successfully demonstrated in a full-scale environment for over six years. The plants, capable of processing 1200 tons-per-day would create approximately 450 good paying skilled and semi-skilled direct full-time jobs providing a very positive impact for Italy and the port of Venice. Capital Investment of $ 1.1B includes equipment, engineering, building, fuels, power generating systems; 65 acres of Land zoned heavy industrial. Total Projected Revenue = $510.2MM.
