GTM ELEVATOR PITCH GTM is requesting $620M (USD) to complete a 31 acre Medical/ Technological Campus located in Provo, Utah. The Campus will be constructed on property surrounding a medical college currently under construction via previously-issued Oppenheimer bonds. The medical college was founded in 2019 and expects to graduate the first class of medical students in 2025. This facility will be complete and fully functional in July of 2023. The additional cost of all campus infrastructure and supporting operation is estimated to be $609MM USD. Significant equity was contributed by GTM and other parties to make this project a reality. The 31-acre, 1.6 million-square-foot project includes the medical college, a Neurosurgical Center, a biotechnical research/office building, hotel, two residential apartment structures, and two parking structures. GTM is in current negotiations with two world-class entities that will inhabit the biomedical and neurosurgical centers, while the hotel and apartment facets will be professionally managed by well-known hospitality groups. It is anticipated the 321 apartment units will be inhabited by the 776 students enrolled in the school. The project is shovel-ready with construction slated to start within six months of funding completion.
