A multifaceted, seasoned international transportation and logistics company is developing an alternative route for Bolivian foreign trade with the construction of a mission-specific waterway. This new waterway will significantly reduce cargo delivery times, improve cargo handling and reduce freight costs. The project has government support, with business partners already installed in Bolivia waiting for this service. The main goal is to move containers from Europe and the American East Coast to Bolivia and vice versa through Argentina and Uruguay’s leading ports.
