GTC, an International Technology Center is a 2,809 acre, environmentally and ecologically sustainable corporate campus. This highly accessible and secure business center will primarily serve the technology, data-center, medical and green business segments, as well as government agencies with high-security requirements in the Austin Texas area. It will also provide direct ‘through the fence’ access to the primary tenant, a 2,605 acre private business centric airport; a separate investment project.
